As for the internal hardware of the phone, you should compare the specs of the Radar with other Smartphones on the market. The processing speed is at 1 GHz, while it comes with eight gigabytes worth of internal memory, 6.54GB of it you can use (the rest is used by the operating system and other programs installed on the device). It also has 512 megabytes worth of RAM (Random Access Memory) The external cable connections include the standard 3.5mm stereo audio jack and a micro-USB 2.0 connection port. This is the standard connector found on most Windows based models.
HTC Rada Multimedia Functionality
The multimedia aspects of the HTC Radar allows you to see photos not only from your 5MP Camera, but also with the picture hub, Facebook and Windows Live, giving you a wide amount of options available for you to locate and see pictures. The music and video hub inside the HTC Radar is connected to Microsoft Zune, which allows you to not only listen to music and watch movies you have uploaded to the device, but also download music directly to the mobile device, even while on the road. So no matter where you are, it is always possible to check out new music and see what all there is available.
HTC Radar – Unmissable entertainment
The HTC Radar uses the Windows Phone 7 Mango operating system, using this operating system, it is possible to connect to the Internet using a 3G based signal, on top of WiFi. There are many different mobile phones that now use 4G Internet connections, without utilizing WiFi, although it is still possible to properly utilize an Internet connection when it is just 3G, although you are going to see a bit of power drop off, and when streaming videos, this may prove to be a problem as you can’t access as much content.
Overall, the HTC Radar is great for multimedia viewing and is a great Windows based phone that comes highly recommended.
