Angry Birds Seasons Year of the Dragon

January 23 marked the start of the Chinese New Year which is referred to as the year of the dragon. This is China’s biggest and longest holiday festival, a time to be with family and freinds, setting off fireworks, and having fun.

To coincide with this Rovio Entertainment, has announced the “Year of the Dragon” update for Angry Birds Seasons. For those of you who are not familiar with the Angry Birds trilogy ill explain, Angry Birds is possibly the most downloaded game on Android and the iPhone OS of all time and comes in various flavours from the original Angry Birds, Angry Birds Rio and the latest Year of the Dragon. All of which are downloadable for free.

The Year of the Dragon update is a colourfully vibrant new instalment bursting with everything you would expect from a Chinese orientated game, in game features include exploding fireworks, lanterns, Chinese knots and red envelopes.

Even the mighty eagle has had his own makeover in this new addition, and as a special treat for their fans Rovio are making this update absolutely free to download on ios, Android and Symbian 3.The update is currently available for iOS and Android, with Symbian^3, Mac, and PC coming soon.
