Topping up a pay as you go mobile with Three has become an interesting experience, instead of just having the option of topping up credit, Three give their customers the option of stretching top ups, this is done by using one of the four options below.
Option1
Stretch £10 of your top up to get 100 minutes & text messages, this option gives you an extra 17 minutes & text messages compared to a regular £10 top up.
Option2
Stretch £15 of your top up to get 300 minutes & text messages, this option gives you an extra 175 minutes & text messages compared to a regular £15 top up.
Option3
Stretch £20 of your top up to get 500 minutes & text messages, this option gives you an extra 334 minutes & text messages compared to a regular £20 top up.
Option4
Stretch £25 of your top up to get 700 minutes & text messages, this option gives you an extra 452 minutes & text messages compared to a regular £25 top up.
Each of the options also comes with 100 free 3 to 3 minutes, stretching your top up can be done online, on your mobile phone in store and even at a cash plus machine.

Does 3 allow you to top up with £5 and can you buy topups over the counter at shops?
I think the minimum over the counter topup is £15.
These are the shops supposedly selling the vouchers
3Stores, 3 at Selfridges, 3 at Superdrug, Alldays, BP, Budgens, Bewise, Balfours, Bells Stores, Capper Spar, Carphone Warehouse, Dillons, Esso, Jacksons, KJC, Link, Midlands Co-Op, One-Stop, Phones 4 U, Southern Co-op, Smile stores, Scottish Hydro electric, Supercigs, The Co-op, The link, The Post Office, Tates Spar, United Co-op , Wine cellar and Yorkshire Co-op.
I didn't realise there was such a high over the counter top up required for three. That's one of it's downsides I spose. That and the lack of signal. The new phones offering msn on are great – if you can connect to it! Alan Carr's stand up routine about three is well worth a watch!
Great post mate thanks.
